Payment

Credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers. All pricing is in USD.

Shipping & Customs

Worldwide shipping from our Hong Kong fulfillment center. Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.

Warranty & Returns

We provide a 90-day limited warranty on all refurbished enterprise hardware. Please see our Refund and Warranty Policy for complete RMA procedures.
