Warranty Coverage / 质保范围
All products sold by Tieyibang Tech are professionally tested, refurbished enterprise IT hardware. Every item is covered by a 30-day limited warranty against hardware defects from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures that occur under normal use conditions.
Tieyibang Tech 销售的所有产品均为经过专业测试、翻新的企业级 IT 硬件。每件商品自交付之日起享受 30 天有限质保，覆盖正常使用条件下的制造缺陷和硬件故障。
What is NOT Covered / 不在保修范围内
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification / 因安装不当、误用、滥用或未经授权的改装造成的损坏
- Compatibility issues with customer's existing hardware or software / 与客户现有硬件或软件的兼容性问题
- Physical damage, liquid damage, or damage from power surges / 物理损坏、液体损坏或电源浪涌损坏
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections consistent with refurbished products / 与翻新产品相符的正常磨损或外观瑕疵
- Change of mind or ordering the wrong product / 改变主意或订购了错误的产品
Return Process / 退货流程
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at jade.h.wu@gmail.com or call +852 84807628. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/videos if possible. Our team will diagnose the issue and authorize a return if covered under warranty.
如收到有缺陷的商品，请在交付后 30 天内联系 jade.h.wu@gmail.com 或致电 +852 84807628。请提供订单号、问题描述及照片/视频（如有）。我们的团队将诊断问题并在保修范围内授权退货。
Return Shipping / 退货运费
For warranty-covered defective items, Tieyibang Tech will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. For non-defective returns (if authorized), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.
对于保修范围内的缺陷商品，Tieyibang Tech 将提供预付退货运单或报销合理的退货运费。对于非缺陷退货（如经授权），买家需承担退货运费。商品必须使用原包装退回，并包含所有配件。
Refund & Replacement / 退款与换货
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your choice of: (1) Full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, or (2) Replacement with the same or equivalent product (subject to stock availability). Refunds include the original product price; original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
收到并检查退回商品后，我们将按您的选择处理：(1) 全额退款至原支付方式，5-7 个工作日内到账；或 (2) 换货为相同或同等产品（视库存情况而定）。退款包含原商品价格；除非因我方错误导致退货，否则原始运费不予退还。
Order Cancellation / 订单取消
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, orders enter processing and cancellation may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
下单后 24 小时内可免费取消订单。24 小时后订单进入处理阶段，可能无法取消。如需取消，请立即联系我们。
