Warranty Policy
All products sold by Zhongxin Data come with a 90-day functional warranty from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
What is Covered
- Hardware defects that prevent the product from functioning as specified
- Failures occurring under normal operating conditions
What is Not Covered
- Physical damage caused by improper installation or handling
- Damage from power surges, liquid exposure, or environmental factors
- Products that have been modified, disassembled, or repaired by unauthorized parties
- Compatibility issues with unverified server configurations
Return Process
- Contact us at jade.h.wu@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue
- Our technical team will diagnose the problem and provide an RMA number if applicable
- Return the product in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked
- Upon receipt and verification, we will issue a replacement, repair, or refund within 14 business days
